Due to shade variations, dye lots, miscommunications, and even human error, the material delivered could be unacceptable or incorrect to the customer. This MUST be realized at the time of delivery or pick up, or at least PRIOR TO INSTALLATION, in order that we may have the opportunity to correct the situation.
